The judging process for the Women In Sales Awards North America will start with an initial short listing of the nominations based on the information given in the application. A carefully selected panel of judges will determine the top finalists in each category.
Finalists will be notified and invited to attend the judging day in Boston, where they will get the chance to meet and be interviewed by the judges in a relaxed environment. They will be judged on a set criteria based on (but not limited to) Attitude + Skills + Process + Knowledge + Commercial acumen + Ability to achieve targets etc.
There are 3 judges per group and each group will judge and score 2/3 categories.
